The student village is a 15-minute bus ride from the city center, with a bus stop approximately 50 meters from the building. You can also reach the popular Sirkus Shopping in a 5-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk. There, you'll find grocery stores, liquor stores, sports shops, pharmacies, clothing stores, cosmetics, hair salons, and cafes. The nearest fitness center is located in Valentinlyst, Fresh Fitness, just 1 km away.
Within walking and cycling distance to all NTNU campuses, BI, and Dronning Maud's Memorial.
Excellent public transportation connections in general. The nearest bus stop is "Clara Holsts veg." All amenities in the local area are also within reach. Lease term and termination rights of the parties:
Overtakelse: 01.08.2024
Leietid: 01.08.2024 – 31.07.2027
Leieforholdet kan avvikles én gang i året, da den 31. juli. Oppsigelse må leveres skriftlig senest den 1. mars. Dette gjøres via Hybel eller per e-post: residential.trondheim@newsec.no.
Contract signing:
Ved kontraktsinngåelse opprettes en depositumskonto. Frist for å betale inn depositum og første husleie er 31. juli.
