We offer two types of studio units, one with a smaller kitchenette and slightly less space overall, and the other with a kitchen equipped with a larger integrated refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and more counter space. The units come with a washing machine, wall-mounted toilet, sink, and shower corner in the spacious bathroom, as well as a wardrobe in the room. The apartments are otherwise unfurnished.
The rent includes electricity, heating, and basic internet package.

Lease term and termination rights of the parties:

Leieforholdet kan avvikles én gang i året, da den 31. juli. Oppsigelse må leveres skriftlig senest den 1. mars. Dette gjøres via Hybel eller per e-post: residential.trondheim@newsec.no.
Contract signing:
Ved kontraktsinngåelse opprettes en depositumskonto. Frist for å betale inn depositum og første husleie er 31. juli.
